Man, this race is really starting to loom larger in the mirror. Less than 7 weeks to go! My first double-digit run ever! And I ran 20 miles this week, also a new high!
What was I was supposed to do in Week 8? Did I do it?
- Tuesday: 4 miles YES!
- Wednesday: CROSS-TRAIN YES! Pilates class with Kim
- Thursday: 6 miles YES!
- Friday: CROSS-TRAIN YES!
- Saturday: 10 miles YES! (Wooooot!!)
- Sunday: 4 miles NOPE--severe attack of slug-itis
- Tuesday: 4 miles
- Wednesday: CROSS-TRAIN
- Thursday: 6 miles
- Friday: CROSS-TRAIN
- Saturday: 8 miles (informal group run)
- Sunday: 4 miles
"Only" 4 miles tomorrow, whoo-hoo!
