And there's this giant free-hanging streetlight in the sky! Wow!We had a glorious, beautiful sunny day today. Here's hoping that this is the beginning of the end of winter.
I hereby declare this to be today's official song:
I'm a little giddy. Blame it on the sunshine! And also on the fact that today is my birthday!

I love daffodils, so I bought myself a bunch. They are "in season" right now, so they aren't even expensive. Their sunny yellow color reminds me that spring is just around the corner.
Although not as pretty as a daffodil, this is also very exciting! I ran outside today (of course!) and covered 4 miles in (basically) 41:00 flat! That's a 10:15 pace per mile! Woooot!
And that concludes this meeting of the Society! of! Excessive! Exclamation! Point! Users! Thanks! for! stopping! by!

Happy (belated) Birthday Amanda! I hope you had a great one, but from the looks of your post, it was a happy day.
ReplyDeleteAnd let me just say, you are going to be blazing fast on your first half marathon. Way to go on your training!!

Thank you, Melissa! Yes, it was a great day. And I will be happy with my half time no matter what it is as long as I make it across the finish line!
