Looking back, looking ahead W7/W6

Six weeks left. And a 12-mile run coming up on Saturday. Should I start hyperventilating yet??

What was I was supposed to do in Week 7? Did I do it?
  • Tuesday: 4 miles YES!
  • Wednesday: CROSS-TRAIN YES! The last Pilates class with Kim :-(
  • Thursday: 6 miles YES!
  • Friday: CROSS-TRAIN NOPE (I have no excuse--just didn't do it)
  • Saturday: 8 miles YES!
  • Sunday: 4 miles YES! (Yay for finally getting a Sunday run in!)
My mileage went all the way up to 22 this week!

What's my schedule for Week 6?
  • Tuesday: 4 miles
  • Wednesday: CROSS-TRAIN
  • Thursday: 4 miles
  • Friday: CROSS-TRAIN
  • Saturday: 12 miles (DUH DUH DUUUUUUH!!)
  • Sunday: 4 miles
The run tomorrow is looking doubtful due to my heel injury. We'll see, but I'm leaning toward not doing it.

We only have to run 4 miles on Thursday, though, because of the loooong run on Saturday. Twelve miles! Hold me, Internets, I'm skeered!
