What was I was supposed to do in Week 7? Did I do it?
- Tuesday: 4 miles YES!
- Wednesday: CROSS-TRAIN YES! The last Pilates class with Kim :-(
- Thursday: 6 miles YES!
- Friday: CROSS-TRAIN NOPE (I have no excuse--just didn't do it)
- Saturday: 8 miles YES!
- Sunday: 4 miles YES! (Yay for finally getting a Sunday run in!)
What's my schedule for Week 6?
- Tuesday: 4 miles
- Wednesday: CROSS-TRAIN
- Thursday: 4 miles
- Friday: CROSS-TRAIN
- Saturday: 12 miles (DUH DUH DUUUUUUH!!)
- Sunday: 4 miles
We only have to run 4 miles on Thursday, though, because of the loooong run on Saturday. Twelve miles! Hold me, Internets, I'm skeered!
